Spacious, charming farmhouse near Indianapolis is perfect for work teams or large families. This home is located near i70 in a rapid growth area. This three bedroom, two bath home will accommodate at least 6-8 guests. Den with futon can be used as office as work area or 4th bedroom. Located on a large wooded property with a detached three car garage, plenty of parking, outdoor fire pit and a creek. Includes mudroom, washer/dryer, updated AC and plenty of lounging areas.

Large lot with open woods behind. Patio with grill in the back. Please keep all pets on leashes or tied up while in the yard as there is no fence to prevent them from running into the woods or entering adjacent properties. Thank you!

Other Details to Note

The home is typically stocked with 1 week of consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc.) If you are planning on a long term stay please reach out so we can discuss higher inventory or feel free to bring additional supplies. I will try to stock toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc) but please plan on bringing your own just in case. Although we are a pet friendly, we do have a few pet restriction so please inquire prior to booking with pets so we can discuss. Although we try to clean thoroughly between stays you may find evidence of pets, if you have allergies please contact before reserving so we can discuss options to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Please keep pets on leashes when in the yard, thank you. The address does not display correct in Apple Maps for whatever reason, you’ll want to use a different maps app when looking up directions. The property is on a well but has city sewer. There is a new iron filtration system installed which filters the water extensively but please let me know if you have any special needs or questions. Please let me know if the propane tank is low or empty, I can drop a fresh one off.

This house is an excellent value for the space, and we would definitely stay here again. The common spaces were comfortable and even more spacious than we expected. Our 7 guests were completely comfortable in the indoor space, and there were fun indoor games too, which gave us something to do when it rained. The back yard was perfect, with fire pit, grill and large, mature trees to shade it. We also brought a bag toss set, and there was plenty of flat space to enjoy it. From a location perspective, we enjoyed the rural setting with convenient to the interstate, Ruoff Music Center (30 mins), and had plenty of restaurant choices within 10-15 mins.

We needed somewhere to stay in a hurry due to a flood in our home while repairs were being made. Benjamin was able to get us booked quickly and we were able to check in earlier than planned. The home was spacious and perfect for our needs. Benjamin was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure to communicate if there was maintenance going on and making sure we didn't need anything. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay and once again we enjoyed the property. The back patio is nice. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate so we could use it. Plenty of space inside. Easy on/off of I-70 with plenty of food/gas options at the exit. Looking forward to next year!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ben's home. He was prompt in replying to my requests and the home was very clean and big enough for my family. The beds were comfortable and the location for our needs was spot on. All you could need is close by including I70. I will definitely stay there again when going to Indy.

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the quiet and cozy home very much. The downstairs TV was perfect for playing video games and watching shows together. The location is perfect for those looking to stay a bit outside of Indianapolis, with just a short 20 minute drive to get into most parts of downtown Indianapolis. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful stay for a couple nights.

The Rustic Farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our family. This was my first experience with Airbnb and Ben made it a wonderful experience. The house was perfect, spacious, and more than we expected. The amenities were just as described, tons of space, the family enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and we had a wonderful visit. The directions were easy to follow and the house was right off the main route with easy access and plenty of parking. Ben was a great host, who was patient with my questions and answered in a timely manner. We recommend the Rustic Farmhouse to anyone visiting the area.
